Hamilton Library Renovation Project

We’re making improvements to serve you better. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We’re OPEN during construction, with some restrictions:
- Carpeting and painting will start in mid-November. Areas will be closed and shelves will be moved in sections to accommodate this work.
- Some materials are not available for browsing at this time. Please ask staff for assistance finding relocated materials.
- Storytimes will be on hiatus until January, due to work in November and our usual storytime hiatus in December.
Chandler City Council approved a project agreement that will allow for improvements to begin at Hamilton Library. This project will provide necessary and impactful improvements for library patrons within the Hamilton Library, located at 3700 S. Arizona Ave. The additions to the library include a new multi-purpose program room, four new study rooms, an ADA-compliant welcome desk and self-checkout areas and new circulation and staff workspaces.
