$40 per hour. Non-profit organizations in good standing receive a 50% discount ($20 per hour). Non-profit corporation name and file number are required.

Yes, the online system will only work with a valid Chandler library card and PIN.

- Basha Library Program Room: 91 person capacity. 50 chairs and 10 tables provided.
- Hamilton Library Program Room: 100 person capacity. 30 chairs and 10 tables provided.
- Sunset Library Monsoon Room: 100 person capacity. 60 chairs and 10 tables provided
- Downtown Library Copper Room North: 83 person capacity. 20 chairs and 3 tables provided.
- Downtown Library Copper Room South: 130 person capacity. 80 chairs and 2 tables provided.

Food and drink, other than packaged snacks (e.g., granola bars, pretzels) and bottled beverages with spill-proof lids (e.g., tumblers, sealed bottles), are not permitted in the meeting rooms.

Fundraising and the exchange of money are strictly prohibited.

Yes, but nails, hooks, adhesives, tacks, and screws are prohibited. You may use easels for promotional materials. The library does not provide easels.

No, signage throughout the library is not allowed. Staff can direct patrons to where the meeting rooms are located.

Let the staff know. Staff will make sure the person who has the reservation gets the room. Please do not use a different room.

Ceiling mounted projectors and screens are provided (no projector at Sunset). You must bring your own laptop and HDMI cords. Hamilton has 2 whiteboards, but you must bring your own markers.

Yes, if you cancel within three business days of your reservation date. You must contact the branch meeting room liaison directly to request a refund.
