Your Library Is the Place to Be in April!

April is full of library celebrations, with Library Giving Day on April 4, Library Workers' Day on April 25, and National Library Week April 23-29. Read on to learn what's happening at your library in April, including featured events and free resources you can access with your library card.

We have more exciting announcements coming up! The cafe space at Downtown Chandler Library is reopening as Book & Board Library Lounge. The renovations to the patio at Sunset Library are almost complete, and will include new event space, outdoor activities, and a book vending machine where you can browse for items and pick up holds when the library is closed. Watch for more details coming soon!

 

Celebrate Earth Day all month long! 

Join us for programs that connect to our natural resources and environment! Build your gardens and cultivate your landscapes with helpful tips from experts. Kids can build recycled art robots, create flower power crafts, and learn about our planet through stories and experiments. Explore how to be part of a sustainable environment. Check out our sustainability events.

Chandler Public Library provides physical collections, eBooks and digital resources, public computers, tech help, tutoring, kindergarten readiness assistance, nontraditional items for loan such as Culture Passes, and other programs for all ages - all free with your library card. Library Giving Day is an opportunity to make an investment that fuels free, life-changing resources and programs you simply cannot find anywhere else.
