Court-Ordered Community Service: The library is not accepting persons needing court-ordered volunteer hours at this time:

Try contacting other area churches and nonprofit organizations, such as Chandler Christian Community Center (tel. 480-963-1423), which accepts Court Ordered Community Service volunteers on a case-by-case basis.
ICAN - Improving Chandler Area Neighborhoods (tel. 480-821-4207) will supervise youth 18 and under needing to do court-ordered community service. More info & application online
